Julia Antivilo is an historian and performance artist. She has written broadly on the social and cultural role of women in Latin America and on the relationship between art, gender and feminism in Latin America. She obtained a Master and a PhD in Latin American Studies from the University of Chile. Her work has been presented in Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, USA, Costa Rica and Mexico.

Julia Antivilo, Historiadora y performancera, ha escrito en general sobre protagonismo social y cultural de las mujeres en América Latina y sobre la relación arte, género y feminismos en América Latina. Magíster y Doctora en Estudios Latinoamericanos de la Universidad de Chile. Su obra se ha presentado en Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, EEUU, Costa Rica y México.
