Performance Art in Canada

Canada.

North America/Europe has the infrastructure that we are used to searching to find artists. While the unresearched artists may all be performance artists, they may not be. The reason the US, UK, Canada and Europe have the preponderance of artists listed is more likely the ease of search we are used to rather than the idea of more artists there as well as the privilege to create in relatively safe environments.

If you know these artists and they do not belong, see names that should be written about sooner, or if you know others who are not on these lists, please let me know.

Currently comprised of seven members, the 7a11d collective officially incorporated under the name Toronto Performance Art Collective in 2012.
